This is going to be difficult to keep short and concise as there are so many amazing things, I could say about Najib (Jeebs). This is our second transaction with Jeebs and we could not be happier! He was there for our first home purchase, and our first home sale. Through every step, the communication is spectacular. The passion he has for helping others, building trust, and working together for achievable plans and goals, is out of this world. Residing in a different state, it was challenging trying to find the

"I am a first-time home buyer that had a rough start to my home search. I knew exactly what I wanted and put 4 offers on houses that fit my criteria. Unfortunately, all four houses sold to another buyer for the exact amount I placed the offers for. Based on this information, I stopped my search until I found Najiib. Luckily, I knew Najiib previously before knowing he was a real estate agent and knew what an awesome guy he was. Najiib has an outgoing personality that ultimately led to the closing of my first home, on the first offer. We found three homes that met our needs, and Najiib got us in all three houses in the same day and even made a convenient itinerary of how we would view the homes. Majority of the listings that we had been watching disappeared within a

Najib had a buyer for our home in 3 weeks at a time when many homes sit on the market for months... He was so knowlegable and easy to work with and had such a clear plan for selling our home. The staging, photos, 3D tours and brochures were amazing. We always knew he had the best intentions for us and definitely went above and beyond all our expectations! At one point we were in a tough spot with the inspection due to snow on our roof, Najib bought a snow rake and personally removed the snow so the inspection could be completed! We would recommend Najib without any hesitation. He's a great realtor and a wonderful person!

If you want a realtor that has a great personality, is friendly,
knowledgable, and committed then you want Najib. He helped my husband

"My family and I have had the unfortunate luck to move often. When we
put our current house up for sale, we called a few realtors. In this
"sellers" market, we had some tell us how much we could get our house
